Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our dynamic team. The BDA will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our digital marketing services.



  1. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.

  2. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication, presentations, and product demonstrations.

  3. Proposal Development: Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to create tailored proposals and pitches that address the specific needs of each client.

  4. Sales Process Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.

  5. Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential opportunities for business expansion.

  6. Performance Tracking: Track and report key metrics related to sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue generation.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably in the digital marketing industry.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients.

  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on driving results and exceeding targets.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
